  • The news from best to worst.

    It is official, I have deffinutly been to OR now. Saw the man, the myth, the legend, Jason Womack, and to top it off also saw Michael Haver, how freaking lucky and just by the visit, cool am I?

    Mom is coming out of the drugs, Dad is pretty happy about that. The quitting smoking seems to be going well for her, of course its not like she can just run outside anytime she wants now to get one.

    Ok so that was not funny, at least not yet. I will be in Colorado tomorrow and see her again. That will be good.

    My sister got fired, or temporarily laid off till she is not pregnant anymore. So that is as it is, she was a bit emo about it, she packed a couple bags and headed to Colorado to be with Mom so that is good I will see her tomorrow as well and that will be good for both of us.

    My Uncle developed a low grade infection in his blood, probably from his lungs. It has affected his heart, on and off he is having an irregular heart beat. That part of my family signed a DNR for him, for now.

    PS if you have a loaded truck do not do double the speed limit down Hwy 22 from just south of Hebo, OR off the 101 to Grand Ronda. Trust me, its bad enough empty.

  • I am sorry to hear about your uncle, but I am glad that your mother is doing okay.

    I'm not sure, but unless it is in the contract, or the atate laws are funny, I think it is illigial to "fire" someone for reasons of pregnacy.
