  • So I have once again come to the point where I can feel my soul longing to be closer to Jesus.

I think this is a great and wonderful thing. It can come about in multiple ways, from a lack of pursuit as a calling back to the fold by the Holy Spirit, or from a new point of deeper understanding that mentally opens up a new level. And there is also a mix of them. I seem yo currently be in the mixed portion.

So I bought an iPhone, three actually, with the intention of reselling them and making profit. And if I didn't get around to selling the last one by the time I got home I would activate it and keep it.

I kept one, and still have two to sell, it doesn't cost me anymore on my monthly plan to have the iPhone, and I am able to drop two monthly pre-paid Internet, one at Flying J truck stops, one at TA truckstops, saving me $40.00 a month, take off $200.00 for not buying an iPod, I pay off my iPhone in less then a year.

That is called justification folks, I am good at it.

Anyway I am able to have a full web browser, and boy has it been handy. I can keep myself from being board, look up directions on the fly. And am not tied down to locations.

So back to the longing of my spirit, well one of them, the longing for Jesus, I have been listening to a fellow named Ray Vanderlaan from the iPod section of my iPhone, and have been greatly blessed, and bless the Lord for bringing it back to me. Woo-Hoo!!!

That is cingulaly(thats a pun on my cell company folks)worth the price of the phone. For me.

  • I have an extra Iphone laying around if someone wants it.

    ifixit-iphone-teardown-24

Ipromise its in better condition then this one.

In fact it at this paticular point in time it looks more like this.

Iknow that you never know whats in the box, could just be heavy air, thats why they shrink wrap it, so you get fresh chinese air when you open the package.

Iterrorist's are thinking about using this for a mass biological attack on the US soon.

  • June 13th, 2007, A day of great bad, and great good.

The DARKER version starts out normally like this line.

--------------The LIGHTER version starts out like this line.

I had left Reno, NV on the night of the 12th, looked for fuel and couldn't find anywhere in Reno that took the particular method of payment that I can pay with.

------------Got to hang out with Daniel Geaslen, and Tristan Sipres, both great godly men who like to have fun. We all had burgers at Outback Steakhouse.

Drove to Janesville, CA on Hwy 385, found a fuel stop, it was closed. Backtracked 8 miles for a good parking spot.

    ------------Didn't run out of fuel.

100 miles from where I needed to drop the load in Alturas, CA.

-----------It only takes 2 hours to go that far.

Woke up the next morning with the sun shining in my face.

-----------And reflecting off of a beautiful lake was a gorgeous mountain. What a perfect site for a birthday boys morning.

Spent an hour trying to find somewhere to fuel, three stops to find it. Pacific Pride in , and they only let me have 85.400 gallons and didn't even have a price up.

-----------Found somewhere to fuel, and didn't run out!!!!

Skipped stopping at McDonalds for breakfast cause I was only going two hours and could wait that long.

-----------Had lunch at the Wagon Wheel Cafe in Alturas, CA and got a coffee cup in exchange for a big tip.

Took off driving on a hwy was supposed to merge back with Hwy 385(locals gave me directions, they should know.) After ten miles I figured they were wrong, and after ten more miles found a pasture with a shallow ditch to turn around my truck.

----------There was a place to turn around, and that is hard to do on local county roads sometimes, it also turns out that had I gone 5 miles further, it does merge with Hwy 385.

    Back track 20 mi.

----------Got to see what was in my mirrors from the front this time(yes that is a streach).

Hwy 385 north, get behind an old lady who can't decide weather she wants to drive 55mph or 65mph. Pass her, climb a small hill accelerating to the top.

-----------Making up time is great when you are late.

Reach the top at 73mph, see the glint of sunlight off of a cop cars cherrys.

-----------Got clocked at 69, ticked for 64. Saving me a whole lot of trouble, and lots of dollars, and possibly my job.

Get ticket. (California has an extremely stupid, not to mention dangerous split speed limit of 65 for cars, 55 for trucks.)

-----------The Cop thinks the split speed limit is stupid too, and tells me to just keep it under 65 and he won't pull me over again.

Get stopped for at least 20 min at 3 different one lane construction sites.

-----------Got to play a new computer game I got from Caleb, and see some great scenery.

Finally after 5 housr with out breakfast, get to Alturas, after 3 days of trying to call this place to find out where they are, and them never answering, or having an answering machine all I know is its somewhere along Hwy 385.

------------I had the wrong number, and using my mad searching skills (given to me as a gift by God) I still found what I was looking for.

After driving slowly thru town and reaching the northern outskirts, find it.

    -----------ok, got nothing here.

Park in thier lot, spend 45 min looking around before someone shows up to unload me.

----------I got to streach my legs, which I havn't had time to do latley, the receptionist in the front office was very nice and faxed something for me.

Upon leaving said location, run over my cell phone with my simi.

------------I have a half broken back up phone, I can't read the broken LCD screen, but I can still send and recieve calls.

Drive back to Reno to pick up load on the 14th, that I should have picked up on what was then today.

------------Daniel Geaslen got an e-mail from his old Xanga site about me not having his number anymore, and calls me back. And he buys me supper at a Chinese Buffet.

Get tired part way back, try to take nap to be interupted by three phone calls from my two sisters Mary, and Sam and finally by my Mama, all to wish me happy birthday.

-----------I got a lot of Happy birhtday wishes from a lot of people, and felt really good, even though I was in miserable CA.

Get irritated at not being able to go back to sleep finish drive to Reno.

------------Spent the night in Daniels hotel room, got some real good hang time with him and Jesus.

So overall it was a great day. Plenty of bad points about it, but each one has a redeeming silver lining that only God can give. What a blessing my Birthday was. Glory to the father.

    BlackWolf

PS remember to look at the good stuff throught any day, it can really save you the hassle of having a bad day.

  • So as I usually do one pre-warning, it is normally 2 weeks in advance, and stopped and not talked about until it is past.

I have many reasons for that, to read about them click back to last years entry.

6-13-77 is the day I was born.

I will be celebrating my 1st anniversary of my 29th birthday.

  • Have you ever done something intentionally to hurt someone who you really think is great and wonderful?

Of course you have, I do my best to not do petty stuff like that, but I made an ass of myself last night and hung up on someone rather then finish our discussion.

A good friend of mine, lets call her Barbara, well it seems that our friendship is changing. Some of the dynamics are either off or just not working anymore.

I am not sure why. I am not even sure if it can be fixed. I hope so, but I don't know how.

It seems that the core of who I am(me attempting to bring humor, and obviously failing miserably in this case) is what is bothering her, and seeing as its at my core, its hard for me to justify changing it, and frankly I have no desire to change it.

    Thats a problem.

Anyway, I feel like an ass, and wish I had not hung up on her, but thats what I did. I am glad I am not normally so petty.

In better news, got to see my sister, and that means I also got so see my Nephew CJ. Woo-Hoo!!!! He had an ear infection and a bit of broncitus, but was quite the trooper and happy most of the time. These are not the best pics, but it is what I got.

I also got so see Mama, Papa and my cousin Shane, pretty good memorial day till I hung up on my friend.

  • Isn't it funny how stuff you wrote years ago circles back and hits you in the head. I sometimes wonder why I can remember the fact that it 93 billion miles from the Earth to the Sun, that San Antonio is the most seismically stable location in the US and maybe the world, and that the scar on my inner thigh came from climbing a barb wire fence the wrong way when I was three, but useful stuff like the below statement seems to have whisked off into the dark closet of forgetfulness in my brain. Good thing I wrote it down cause its kinda useful now. I found it in a note I wrote to a friend, dated Oct. "05"

"I am sure you already know this, considering how truly great you are, but I
learned from it some good stuff tonight. In John 13:10 it says ". . .He who has
bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean,
but not all of you." Now when Jesus said that He was acting out a parable, that
part symbolizing that just as a man who his bathed needs to only wash the dust
off his sandaled feet, so a man walking in a good spiritual walk who happened to
sin only has to cleanse that sin, and should not be overly discouraged by a
small mis-step. It was good to me. I sometimes make a big deal over a petty sin,
and avoid God much longer out of guilt then it really is worth. Jesus is so good
to us, I am very well pleased that He likes me. Talk to you later. " From Oct 05.

    Funny, kinda of.

  • I just stole this from Matthew Certa, that should bring back some good memories for some of you MT'ers.

Man that day was just filled with tension, being Certa B-Day and all.

So last night I had drove maybe 300 miles when my eyes got tired, the rest of me was fine, my eyes needed rest.

I fuel up, parked at the back of the truck stop lot in Belgrade, MT. By they way if you want some of the best Country Fried Steak ever, stop at the Fly J there and eat in the restaurant. Anyway I popped in a movie, watched it hoping to fall asleep, didn't finished it, laid in bed wishing I were asleep. Finally, my brain caught onto the idea, got tired and I fell asleep at 02:30 in the morning.

When I woke up, 07:30, the last thing to fall asleep last night, my body, was still tired so I rolled over and went back to sleep again. Of course my eyes and mind wanted to stay awake, but I soon convinced them it was ok to go back to sleep to.

Woke at 11:00 went inside ordered my meal, ate, found this vidoe of Bryan James Boecker on Certa's site, found I felt fulfilled with life and am now signing off to finish my drive.

Hope you have a wonderful day as well.

    BlackWolf

  • So guess what time it is?

Yep time for some more pictures.

You should know that I have reached another mile stone in my picture taking life, another 10,000 pics have been taken since Bryan James Boecker's wedding. I am in the neighborhood of 35,000 or so pics.

    ***************************************************************************

Life has been good, like I said, snow in Colorado and everything, but while there was snow in CO there was also snow in Texas, so to start, TX snow.

Now Texans can finally say they had enough snow to curse about, a milestone for them as well.

Now while I wanted to take pics like this, by the time I got back to TX the snow was melting and there were only limited occasions to take the pics, and none of them were convenient. So these are actually from a friends, family members, friend. Or in english, Crystal's, sisters, friend. Anyway they were good shots, so I stole them, posted them and now I can claim stolen copyright to them.

    ***************************************************************************

In other news, I have recently had the pleasure of being back in TX . . . sorry let me rephrase that, . . . I have recently had the pleasure of being with friends while in TX.

Jason "The Freaking Coolest Mech-In-Neck Ever" Womack, he just got back from vietnam, saw a lot of Charlie, but didn't get shot at. He had a great time over there and got some great pics. He got to fulfill a dream and have a blast while doing it. Spreading the word of the Lord and all. If you know him you should call him and ask how he is doing.

I had better individual pics of Megan, Char, and Zach, but cause I was limited on time I picked this group shot of the "hand off" back to Mom. Mom, Dad, and Zach are doing great, a little tired from lack of sleep, but thats a price you can pay for dinking around.

That would be Dad doing dishes or something like that.

By the way when I say Mom and Dad in this context, they are not "MY" Mom and Dad, just "A" Mom and Dad, but not just any old "A" Mom and Dad, very special really great and wonderful Mom and Dad.

Oh Char was pretty great to, we went to go see "Fracture" with Anthony Hopkins together, it was good.

    ***************************************************************************

I have recently had a few pics that were funny to me.

In the general form of Jay Leno I title this pic . . .

"So what you are trying to tell me is . . . It's ok for kids to regularly drink water from the toilet?"

I recently was almost arrested for using the bathroom in NM, but you will have to wait for that story, about eight hours after that happened, I didn't run out of fuel, but ran out of fuel in one tank, which means you are stuck just as if you had ran out of fuel(reread that if it didn't make sense, I am justifying something for prideful reasons). Anyway I thought the little drawing from Olga to her man Joey was cool.

    ***************************************************************************

Next I completed a project that I have done on a limited trail basis before. I do my best to spend only $10 a day on general snack food stuff, and eat the rest of my meals out of my fridge, and one or two sit down meals in a restaurant a week. This keeps me "In the money." so to say.

I have tried just spending cash, just using my debit card, just using my credit card, and it seems that I always end up going over. But when I have used dollar coins, I pull out ten, drop them in my pocket, and when my pocket is empty, I am done.

It is probably silly, maybe even crazy, but it works for me.

You should have seen the people at the bank look at me funny when I had them order $400.00, $1.00 coins. Then when I picked them up, and said "I am here to pick up . . . " which sounds a lot like "I am here to stick up . . ." the $400'ers, he went to the back and got them, laid them out, I signed the withdrawl slip, and asked for one of those "zipper up bags" he says "Do you really think I would make you just carry them out like that?", I replied with "No, but if you did, I wouldn't be wearing my pants by the time I got to the door." Not sure how he took that, but I got my "zipper up bag" for free and felt special, mostly about still having my pants. All those words to explain two pics . . .

So these are the new $1.00 coins, they are going to do every President, just like they did every state with the quarters. The Sacajawea, and even older "Silver Dollar" coins are still available, and not worth more then a buck.

The coolest thing about the new Presidential coins is that the "In God We Trust", "2007 D", and "E Pluribus Unum" is stamped on the edge of the coin, not just on the face or back of it.

For you history buffs, "E Pluribus Unum" means "Out of many, one" and was first used on "The Great Seal" of the United States, basically to say, "All of us individuals, together are pretty gosh darn great."

"The "2007 D", is simply the year the coin was made and what mint it was made in, the first mint was in Philly "P", and they built others as time went on. Denver "D",my favorite of course, San Francisco "S", and West Point, NY, "W". Ones that have ran in the past and closed down are Charlotte, NC "C", Dahlonega, GA "D", New Orleans, LA "O", Carson City, NV "CC", and the only US mint not on US soil was in Manila, Philippines "M"."

And finally the history of "In God We Trust", it was first placed on coins in 1864, taking a few versions and on and off of this or that coin. It was not placed on the Dollar Bills till 1957. Oh and it "In God We trust" was adopted as the national motto in 1956."

    ***************************************************************************

Ok and now are you ready for the greatest "Invitation to Diner and a Movie ever.", well here goes . . .

But before that, let me set the big picture, I was board, had time, felt creative, thought of a friend whose life is really busy and hectic right now, and was sitting at Starbucks. All that combined to create . . .

Sorry I am missing the pic that says "Not . . . " or it might just be that I forgot to put that in the phrase at the time.

So yeah, if you want to do something just as great as that, here is what you will need,

1, BIC Crystal, blue medium point, hexagonal pen,
1, pack of four neon color scratch pads by Post-It,
1, really freaking cool "Crayola Telescoping Crayon Tower - 150ct. (52-0029)",
    1, sixth graders drawing skills.

Now that I have completely locked up your computer with all these pics, you may go.

  • So I am in Colorado, and it is . . . er was snowing.

How much better of a Friday the 13th can you get then that?

My lucky day it seems. Saturday I go an buy some new pants, maybe see my brother who is involoved with the government.

He He He, jail is involved right?

Well I am spending the night at my Uncle's house, he ain't here anymore, but I still feel compeled to call it his.

Thats about it I suppose, I might try to see Mike Molachek, Molochec, Moe-La-Check, that works, and if Mrs Burke gets my late night e-mail in time with my phone number maybe I will see her as well.

Thats about it I guess. The house is going well, changed all the outside door knobs and dead bolts, brand new keys thruout the house. Need to do something with the livingroom floor, haven't got around to deciding what just yet.

Fam all seems to be doing well at this point, and it is time to go to bed.

    BlackWolf

PS I was going to put some pics up here, but I decided not to out of lazyness.

  • So despite the last post of gloom my life lately had been really good. I figured that I would post a few pics and let them explain.

    My new girlfriend.

Just kidding, if I wore T-Shirts with words on them I would buy this shirt and ware it.

Happy Easter, now onto the good stuff.

    ****************************************************

I recently got to see my X sister-in-law and her kids, my niece and nephew. It was a good time for me, I miss them all and don't get to see them enough. When her and my brother got divorced we told her it wasn't her fault and we love and support her in her new life. My brother made some bad decisions and is now paying for them. He really is a good guy, he just forgets it sometimes.

Colby took this shot while she was relaxing, she told him it was the last one he could take. I can relate.

Colby, a real cool kid with a sense of humor not unlike mine, I am not sure if that is a good thing or not.

You can't get much cuter then Kala can you.

    ****************************************************

After that I met and fell in love with a pizza in Oregan(Yes I know its spelled wrong but thats how I say it so I might as well spell it that way).

Of course seeing Mike Haver was good too, he paid for the pizza.

This is a shot of him and his internet stealing fake mac laptop alongside my real internet stealing mac.

    ****************************************************

A real great friend of mine is selling her house, and I am buying it. A good deal for me and her. Thanks Cora, and Joam, and Joam's Mom.

    ****************************************************

And again back in Oregan an old friend from my first year at TM. The man that first made me think that singing that song about redwine was cool.

Mike Redwine, if you don't know him, you are loosing out.

    ****************************************************

Then for the first time in a long time I saw load in at an ATF in Boise Idaho, I once set a church on fire in that town.

The stage, a bit fuzzy but still there.

The man, the myth, the legend, adjusting the big screens while fighting off invisible monsters, I like to imagine I am him at times, only with more hair.

An amazing woman, you can't do much better then Candice, a laugh that echoes with joy.

I picked these two girls up at the airport, and got to carry their bags for my effort. How great was this day? Wait its not over yet.

A couple of bums. I got to hang out with Paul in the hot tub and go swimming in the pool, and I attacked Matt and beat the crap out of him for never calling me back.

Another man, another myth, another legend, Alan "the freaking great" Cleaver. Sorry my camera was a little jacked and taking fuzzy pics this weekend.

    ****************************************************

Then I headed back to TX and saw this great man.

Jason Womac is currently serving the Lord and living his dreams over in Vietnam. Pray for him if you think it wise.

    ****************************************************

Roswell, NM, the crash landing site of aliens.

She is not an alien, but Joy did promise that if she got abducted she would make the aliens call me on my cell and come by and pick me up.

    ****************************************************

Then in a trip across south central Texas, on Hwy 59 in some radome town I saw something I had to take a pic of.

A cool girl named Sue Anne posted awhile ago this, it was a quote from somewhere and I happened to be in a one seater, urine smelling, feces on the walls bathroom and presto, out of the dark dirty mire were words from the Lord. I thought of her and went out to where my truck was parked got my camera and headed back to the bathroom.

    ****************************************************

Speaking of my truck, the truck in the above comment was my forth truck with RMT, I am now in my fifth truck.

Here is a pic of my new truck(The tall one, Truck # "94"), I can stand up in it. My first truck, Jack(#24018), is two trucks over in line on the other side of "the much more happy then I look" me. My second truck, #24017 (no name, only in it a month, didn't like it)is on the far right side of the pic. My third truck was again Jack, he was getting repaired. My forth truck, Eleanor, (#24025) is directly on the other side of me then my new truck. Which I am just getting to know, and have not yet "learned" her name.

Sorry that was probably a lot of needless information about one of my passions. To clear up any confusion, left to right #94, still getting to know her, I can stand up and that is way cool. Me. #24025, Eleanor, a good girl. #24018, Jack, a faithful stead. #24017, a fill in, not well liked.

Did I mention I can stand up? That is really, really, really cool.

    ****************************************************

And speaking of good girls, hear are two of them.

I have spent a little time with both, the creepy stalker one in the back is Char, I have spent a lot time lately with her, enough she is annoyed by me easily now, the last post was about her, she is a really great girl, and she has a car, so when Abby has absconded with mine, I call her. The one in front is the beautiful BeRekah, much less time with her, even though it is always short it is always good.

And thats about it for now.
